Broadway, Times Square
Broadway & 42nd Street in Times Square, New York City is arguably the busiest, most colorful metropolitan intersection in the world. However, in black & white, the structural complexity and architectural diversity of this amazing attraction shines through. Times Square has become the unofficial world financial headquarters, housing the flagship offices of many powerful financial firms that were once Wall Street neighbors. The financial markets are the lifeblood of the New York City economy. Perhaps it is only fitting that they are showcased in the most popular and colorful neighborhood in all of New York. The headquarters of Ernst & Young, one of the “Big Four” accounting firms, is seen in the foreground left side of this photo.
